SOBS or Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide provide help and support to those coming to terms with the death of a loved one through Suicide. Their national helpline is 0300 111 5065 and they are open every day from 9am to 9pm.
Sands operate throughout the UK providing support to anyone affected by the death of a baby, working to improve the care that bereaved parents receive and promoting research to reduce the loss of babies’ lives.
